The RAAD Group realized that their current customer system was no longer adequate. Growth made it clear that the system lacked scalability, making customer data cluttered and repetitive tasks time-consuming. After testing several accounting programs that did not meet their flexibility requirements, RAAD decided to have a custom application developed by Lifino to support their growth.
Our approach for large projects is to work in sprints in which we plan and realize specific functionalities. Our focus is on developments that save the most time and have the greatest impact, in order to best support growth. The advantage of these sprints is that we can realize, present and collect feedback on working modules in a short period of time.
