They soon discovered that processing guest information took a considerable amount of time. This was mainly because guests often had requests for additional nights' accommodation, adjustments to their bookings, changes in personal information, tourist tax calculations, or gate license plates.
This resulted in the search for a solution that would give Joleen and Harmen overview and save time.
We identified where Harmen and Joleen were experiencing what bottlenecks. We did this by observing how they were currently processing data.
Based on our observations, we incrementally developed a guest platform and first rolled it out among a select group of guests to test the functionality. After incorporating their feedback, we made the full solution available to all other guests.
A comprehensive online environment has been developed in which guests, Harmen and Joleen can view and change their relevant data. Among other things, the following modules have been developed:
The main tenant can view and modify their personal information. It is also possible to add three cars including license plates so that they can be linked to the barrier.
The guest can add an overnight stay. Tourist tax is charged, a notification is sent to the administrators and the license plate number is noted.
Guest can view and download prepared documents for the new season.
The administrator has a complete overview of active guests in the park and can easily add a new guest.
In the guest's file, the administrator can view and modify all relevant information about personal data, overnight stays, uploaded documents and key holders.
Administrators have an overall summary that calculates for each guest how much tourist tax they have to pay. In addition, they can print a statement to give to the municipality.
Administrators have a complete record of active license plates at the barrier, including key holders, active overnighters and main tenants.

"In mid-2019, we knocked on Lifino's door for a new program for our company. They developed a system that our team of 30 uses daily to view client data, tax reporting, record hours, and more.
We have been working with Danny and his team for 5 years now. We really appreciate the commitment and good suggestions! The program saves us about 30% in time. We are super satisfied with it!"

The aftercare is also excellent; regularly they ask if everything is still working well and to their liking. And the price is fine too!"
